Working principle of vacuum diaphragm valve:
Vacuum diaphragm valve uses the valve stem to directly press the rubber film onto the valve seat, which is used to cut off or connect the vacuum system. The connection forms used include looped flange connection, quick release flange connection, and welded connection. Welding type connection is divided into welding type I connection (i.e. welded at both ends) and welding type II connection (i.e. welded at one end and inserted at the other end). The working medium suitable for valves is air and non corrosive gases.
Characteristics of vacuum diaphragm valve:

The switch is guided and moves smoothly;

The diaphragm compression can be automatically adjusted, with even compression and reliable sealing;
