There are two control methods for quick installation ball valves: switch type and regulating type. Sanitary grade ball valves with full bore have almost no flow resistance; Simple structure, small size, and light weight; Tight and reliable, it has two sealing surfaces, and currently, various plastics are widely used as sealing surface materials for ball valves, which have good sealing performance and can achieve complete sealing. Industrial valves can be made of various materials such as cast steel and stainless steel, with multiple pressure levels and welding clamps, threaded flanges, and connection methods. However, three piece sanitary quick release ball valves can only use stainless steel materials, with polished inner walls and clamp connections.
